Council Tax Held or Not?

Well again this year the government has announced a freeze in COuncil Tax.  There was of course one of these last year, but in spite of this Crowborough Town Council increased our council tax by 13%.

So do you think the Town Council will hold our council tax next year or do you think they'll ignore the wishes of the government, and the struggles of their taxpayers and increase our council tax again?
