  • Crowborough hit by yet more roadworks

    We chronicled several roadworks going in Crowborough last year - and it seems we're going to have no let up. Southern Gas is currently put up some temporary lights whilst they are working on Green Lane. A post on Twitter by East Sussex County Council roads tells us they will be there until Monday.

    Well again this year the government has announced a freeze in COuncil Tax.  There was of course one of these last year, but in spite of this Crowborough Town Council increased our council tax by 13%. So do you think the Town Council will hold our council tax next year or do you think they'll ignore the wishes of the government, and the struggles of their taxpayers and increase our council tax again?
