Advice that you must all follow or else.

•If you must leave the house, keep track of local weather forecasts and take a fully charged mobile phone, blanket, flask of hot drink, bottle of water and suitable shoes.
•Listen to and watch local news programmes on the radio and television to keep up to date on the latest happenings.

Oh no I must hand myself in because I walked down to the Post Box without
my blanket,warm drink and bottle of water and I didnt even wear shoes as I thought boots would be best.Not only that but before leaving the house I didnt check the local radio and television news to see whether I could manage to get the few hundred yard there and back safely without doing an elf n safety assesment or ringing up the local fuzz to see if it was ok by them.
