After a second arrest has been made in the murder case of a Robertsbridge farmer who was believed to have been attempting to stop a burglary when he was killed, do you think we should change our laws of self-defence and trespass? Should we have the right to defend our property and ourselves from intruders?

The sad fact is that if you criminalise gun ownership then it is only the criminals that have the guns.
If we all had the right to own firearms to defend our homes and property I would guarantee that these sort of incidences wouldnt occur.

Given that the Police seems to have abdicated all responsibility for protecting us and our property with one hand and taken our only means of protection away with the other I cant see the situation getting any better.
