So the truth is out-Crowborough is expected to take hundreds of new houses but no land will be set aside for businessses to provide employment.
The Town Council is playing the good guy saying that without business development Crowborough will just become a commuter town.Perhaps we should be reminded though that if the council had spent the 3 million plus its wasting on the community centre instead encouraging small businesses to start up we might be in a better place. All local government including the Town Council are rabidly anti business unless it fits in with their own plans of relying on tourism to provide employment.
Dont expect any help if you trade in any other sector and if you are in manufacturing you might as well rely on winning the lottery because you stand more chance of winning the Lotto than getting any help or support from
local/district /county council.
