Anyone have any views on the efficacy of flu vaccines .
People I know are ill every time they have a flu jab but they still keep on going back for more every year.When asked people dont have a clue about what is contained in the vaccine and even the health professionals cant tell you but that doesnt stop them pushing it on to us all.
I dont have the jab and I cant remember the last time I had the flu but my parents have the jab every year and seem to come down with a flu like illness every year as well as being ill after every jab.
