Come and join the fun at Zumba Gold, the latin based dance fitness party for beginners and older active movers.
Join us for this low impact, easy to follow, infectious and fun class at the CCA hall on Thursday's at 9.30 am.
Classes cost £5 pay as you go...suitable for all ages and fitness levels!
