    Street Names in Crowborough
Apparently the council has an initiative in place to name these 300 anonymous rogue streets.  They do not explain how the suggested names are decided upon, merely that the suggested monica is displayed in the street and if  no-one complains during one calendar month then it's a fait accomplis.
